Gravity shapes us. From birth to death, what bodies can do is bound by what they weigh. Things fall, softly or heavily, constantly or all at once. Some things are too heavy to carry or to lift. Some things carry us.

My final production at RCSSD provided the amazing opportunity of a fully devised piece of movement theatre, with sound finding an integral and expressive role in both process and performance in my most ambitious work so far. Working with director Sinéad Rushe and BA Acting: CDT provided a great conclusion to the narrative arc of my training at Central.
